Cheap-o and Yumm-y

This is something we ate growing up and I brought it into the line up this week. It is cool, light and refreshing on a summer day.

1 can tuna in water, drained
2 cups dry macaroni noodles
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/3 cup mayo
salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni in salted water, then drain and rinse with cold water. Add all other ingredients and combine. Chill and serve with tomato slices, or lettuce leaves, or both! Enjoy.
