Homemade Tomato Soup

We had this tomato soup for lunch today–it was perfect with grilled cheese and chilly temps.

Also, (and I’m sure this isn’t original or anything, but it was new to me) I sprinkled a tiny bit of chili powder and cumin into my salted, buttered popcorn the other night (probably about 1/4 tsp each to one batch) The only reason I’m posting it is so I’ll remember. I seem to be on a popcorn kick as of late, and this really hit the spot.
