Easy Fudge

December 4, 2008

I’m happy to be participating in Randi’s recipe swap today. Check out her post for some lovely new recipes!

My mom gave me this recipe. It’s not an original, but I have no idea where it came from. I do know that it is so easy and so yummy. It’s a no-brainer for a quick Christmas treat!

3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
dash salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Heat milk on low and add salt and chocolate chips. Stir until all is melted. Take off heat once all is combined and add vanilla. Pour into 8×8 baking dish lined with wax paper. When cool, take out and cut.

Whenever we make fudge it comes out grainy. This one sounds easy so maybe it won’t go bad on me!Thanks for posting!
